Pat Robertson of the Christian Broadcasting Network condemned the US President’s remarks on deploying the US Military to the Streets of America when President Trump said ‘I am the “President of law and order’.
Pat Robertson said “you just don’t do that, Mr. President”now is a time for understanding and comfort.
“It seems like now is the time to say, ‘I understand your pain, I want to comfort you, I think it’s time we love each other.'” On Monday 1st June 2020, peaceful protesters near the White House were cleared ahead of President Trump’s walk across the square for his photo session in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church. This action has caused many Church leaders express their displeasure.
